Increasing the practice of Kriya, doing all
works without expectations for the results thereof, the path aims at achieving

Sadhanas for Kundalini AwakeningOne should become perfectly desireless and
should be full of Vairagya before attempting to awaken Kundalini. It can be
awakened only when a man rises above Kama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Mada and other impurities. Kundalini
can be awakened through rising above desires of the senses. The Yogi, who has
got a pure heart and a mind free from passions and desires will be benefited by
awakening Kundalini. If a man with a lot of impurities in the mind awakens the
Sakti by sheer force through Asanas, Pranayamas and Mudras, he will break his
legs and stumble down.

Yoga" by Sri Swami Sivananda

which gives peace. Prasada is the sacred food offering of the Lord. During
Kirtana, worship, Puja, Havan and Arati, the devotee offers sweet rice, fruits,
jaggery, milk, coconut, plantain and such other articles to the Lord, according
to his ability. After offering them to the Lord, they are shared between the

| | | | Eyebrows Dictionary: Aids To Your Meditation
Your meditation seat should be comfortable. A cushion of cotton or some other natural fibre facilitates the natural flow of circulation. Some serious practitioners place a deer skin, tiger skin, or even a woollen blanket over the cushion. This protects the body from the downward pull of certain earth currents and helps raise the life current (prana) to the point between the eyebrows. Sit facing north or east. The magnetic currents flowing in from these directions assist in concentration.

| | | | Eyebrows Dictionary: Visualisation - Visualising exercise
The best form of visualisation is when you try and affirm your oneness with the Divine Spirit. Sit, relaxed and comfortable, in a chair with your spine straight, or on a mattress in the meditative/cross-legged posture. Focus your gaze on the area of the third eye in between your eyebrows. This in yogic terms is the seat of concentration and will power. Fill your heart and your mind with the joy of God or any other happy feeling that you are able to relate with. Know yourself to be a being of light. Forget the heaviness of the body. See yourself surrounded by this ball of light. It is immersing you in its warmth and permeates you into the space around. This light is the presence and consciousness of God.

Vishuddhi Chakra is at the root of the neck. The sixth Chakra, the Ajna is in
the head (between the two eyebrows).

| | | | Eyebrows Dictionary: Kundalini AwakensKundalini Awakening
When Rob told me my Kundalini had been
awakened, I had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. The awakening of
Kundalini is a spiritual awakening, a major step towards realization of the
divine. It is, in fact, a great boon, a great blessing and a magical gift.
According to Swami Prajananda,
"The main purpose of its
awakening in a seeker is to enable him to attain Godhood" (Muktananda,
Kundalini 9).

Tarot The Tarot cards operate on many levels, describing both
internal developments (emotions, thoughts, intuitive feelings) and external
ones (actions and physical events). Think of the complete Tarot as a map where
each card represents a different piece of a jigsaw puzzle. This puzzle
symbolizes the wide variety of possibilities and experiences available to us
all.

| | | | Eyebrows Dictionary: Who Are The Indigo People? - Part One
I have assembled here a list of some of the traits and potentials of Indigo people. There are many Indigo-ray souls reading this who are still trying to figure themselves out, and realize that they are different somehow, but don't know why. This work hopes to be of some assistance in sorting you out, and pointing you in the right direction. It is written primarily for the adult Indigos who find their way here (there are no accidents in the universe!), but applies to the younger Indigo children, too.

| | | | | Eyebrows Dictionary: Meditation on Impermanence
Everything in the universe is impermanent. Like the waves in the sea that ascend and descend, so to creation is made up of electromagnetic and subtler forces that are seemingly being created and then dissipating. The manifest existence as we know it, finds one level of its source in the molecular structure nourished by God's love where change is not so clearly obvious. However, on the more perceptible plane, humans change, our thoughts change, our desires change, seasons change, our relationships change, as also do the forms of inanimate objects: vehicles that break down, walls that crack, stones that break; not to mention the shapes of the clouds in the sky and the positions of the planets and the stars.

Yantra?Sacred Geometry: YANTRAS - What is a Yantra?
All ancient
cultures had sacred geometric designs representative of their Gods, which had a
mantra (or sacred sound vibration) that corresponded to it. The Indians,
Egyptians, Jews, Chinese, and Mayans all had systems of "planetary
yantras" used to combat malefic influences. Yantra is the ultimate
"symbology". In the Vedic culture we find much power and energy said
to be held within sacred geometric symbols. They are to be found throughout
sacred scriptures, carved in stone, hidden within paintings and in temples.

| | | | Eyebrows Dictionary: Meditation on the Guru
Call to your guru in meditation. At the start of your meditation, ask one of these great souls to help you in your meditative efforts. After your practice of the techniques, ask him to help you go deep in the Spirit, or to give you a clear perception of truth, or a solution to some spiritual problem. Above all, pray to him, "Introduce me to God." Draw from him, by the magnetic power of your devotion, the power to become like him - an awakened child of the Infinite.

| | | | | Eyebrows Dictionary: Kriya to reverse ageing
Here is a kriya to reverse the ageing process. The body is programmed for normal wear and tear. The pranic currents of paanch mahapranas within the body i.e Prana, Apana, Samana, Udaan and Vayan are programmed to flow in their respective directions and take the body to its logical end. Our ancient rishis discovered that reversing the process of pranic flows has the effect of reversing certain ageing processes, processes responsible for apparent decay of the body viz grey hair, sagging skin and loss of the youthful physical glow. Reversing the pranic flow is called Viparitkarni - a technique prescribed by the ancients to reverse the ageing process. Instructions and benefits for: - Viparitkarni Kriya - Chakra Sanchalan Kriya - Brahmacharya Kriya

| | | | | Eyebrows Dictionary: Meditation through Mantras - Mantra Meditation
Mantra meditation involves channeling one's consciousness from a low level to a high level of purer thought. "In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God and God was the word." Word, sound, and mantra, are all integral parts of the manifest cosmos. By constantly meditating on a chosen mantra, one is, in due course, released from the compulsory round of births and deaths. The word 'mantra' is a mix of the root 'man' meaning 'to think' and 'tra' meaning 'to protect or free'. Repeated regularly, a mantra awakens and expands one's consciousness. Once we comprehend that everything in nature is energy, we realise that a mantra too is pure divine energy encased in the vacuum of sound structure.
