They go by many names, such as Star Kids, Indigos or Crystalline Children. Whatever they're called, believers say this group of prodigies started appearing about 30 years ago and may now make up as much as 90 percent of the population under ten. They also exhibit strange side effects, like a higher resistance to pollutants but an increased sensitivity to sugar and food additives. These are babies born with an inherent knowledge of art, language and spirituality, possessing an impressive wealth of wisdom. Some will even go so far as to say these kids are not only prime candidates for the gifted and talented program, but the next step in human evolution.

Destiny
All the
defects, blasphemy and curses by sages on the house site should be expiated by
performing suitable purification ceremonies and worships before one attempts to
start the construction work of a house on such a site. Maya, the celestial
architect, had explained the easy ways and means of identifying the nature of
the soil. According to Maya, the master of the house who is going to construct
the house should with his own hands dig out a square pit one cubit side and one
cubit depth at the eastern direction or at the middle of the site
(Brahmasthala).

| | | | Expert Dictionary: Hindu Philosophy - The YogaThe word Yoga
comes from the root Yuj
which means to join.
Yoga is restraint of the activities of the mind, and is the union of the
individual soul with the Supreme Soul.
Hiranyagarbha is
the founder of the Yoga system. The Yoga founded by Patanjali Maharshi is a
branch or supplement of the Sankhya. It has its own charm for students of a
mystic temperament and of a contemplative type. It claims greater orthodoxy
than the Sankhya proper by directly acknowledging the existence of a Supreme
Being (Isvara).

| | | | | Expert Dictionary: How to Deal with Dark Shadows
Who we think we are, is what we grow up to be. Simultaneously, we also develop a corresponding sense of who we are not. What we think we're not is the stuff that makes up our 'shadow', that part of us which consists of the unexplored, feared and unwanted qualities - whatever does not fit into our image of how we should be. Poet Robert Bly says we dump what we consider personally and socially undesirable into a sort of invisible bag we carry around, with its contents growing as we grow older. The shadow is not about our 'bad' parts. What makes it so undesirable to us is what we put there has remained unattended for long periods.

| | | | | Expert Dictionary: Great Indian Myths: Moksha and Maya
There are two key Indian myths: Moksha and Maya. Within these two spheres the whole invisible world of gods, heroes, quests, and powers are contained. Moksha speaks to the primacy of consciousness as the stuff from which all reality is created. Maya is the distraction that keeps us constantly in search of truth. Paleo-linguists tell us that the word 'maya' is not correctly understood as "illusion" but as "measurement", and from this we get the terms matter, meter, mother, mata, matrix, matrika, music and myth itself.

Terrorism - Attack tactics.
Terrorists often seek terror to demoralize and paralyze their enemy with fear, using their acts as a form of blackmail to apply pressure on governments to achieve goals the terrorists could not achieve by other means.
