 | | | EVP: The Ghost In the MachineMaggy Harsch-Fishbach began experimenting with
EVP in 1984. Although her husband Jules was initially skeptical of the
phenomenon, she gained such positive results that he became convinced the other

typical of what other EVP experimenters obtain, but in 1986 they received a
message that was to change significantly the way they worked.

Taping SpiritsA
different approach is called for if you're trying to record ghosts as opposed
to spirits. Here, a ghost would be some kind of paranormal activity that is
obvious and external to the observer. If you live in a house where strange
things are always happening, or you know of a local house or area that is
reputed to be haunted, you might take your tape recorder, camera or camcorder
and set it up when you expect strange things to occur.

 | | | EVP: Encyclopedia II - Pfizer Inc. - HistoryPfizer is named after German chemist Charles Pfizer (1824-1906) who launched his chemicals business from a building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 1849. Here, he produced an antiparasitic called santonin. This was an immediate success, although it was the production of citric acid that really kick-started Pfizer's growth in the 1880s.
By 1910, sales totalled nearly $3 million, and Pfizer became established as an expert in fermentation technology. These skills were applied to the mass production of penicillin during the World War II, in ...

 | | | EVP: Encyclopedia II - Prank flash - ScreamersUsually the movies begin innocuously, sometimes with a mundane image or even a simple game or quiz designed to keep the viewer's attention on the screen (such as the infamous "What's wrong with this picture?"). Sometimes the image is accompanied by audio which is kept at a deliberately low level, so as to persuade the viewer to turn up the volume on their computer. The image itself may be small to force the user to maximize their browser window. Another technique is to play a song, prompting the user to turn up the volume, with the lyrics of ...

In the 1860s Henri NestlĂ©, a pharmacist, developed a food for babies who were unable to be breastfed. His first success was a premature infant who could not tolerate his own mother's milk or any of the usual substitutes. The value of the new product was quickly recognized when his new formula saved the child's life, and soon, Farine LactĂ©e Henri NestlĂ©See also: NestlĂ©, NestlĂ© - History, NestlĂ© - Business, NestlĂ© - Management, NestlĂ© - Earnings, NestlĂ© - Joint ventures and minority interests, NestlĂ© - Criticisms of NestlĂ©'s business practices, NestlĂ© - Baby milk marketing, NestlĂ© - Legal action against Ethiopian government, NestlĂ© - NestlĂ© Purina in Venezuela, NestlĂ© - NestlĂ© water, NestlĂ© - 'Fairtrade' coffee, NestlĂ© - Genetically modified organisms, NestlĂ© - Main brands Read more here: » NestlĂ©: Encyclopedia II - NestlĂ© - History |

 | | | EVP: Encyclopedia II - L'Oréal - HistoryIn 1907, Eugène Schueller, a young French chemist, developed an innovative hair-color formula. He called his improved hair dye Auréole.
