Balancing and Charging the Chakras

The energy of your body will not be balanced and free flowing if you do not have good emotional balance, good physical health, and good relationships with your surroundings and yourself.

Almost no one is ever perfectly balanced. If you could do this, you would be able to rise from the dead, have a body transformed into a cosmic molecular structure and commune with the gods as an equal.

The Human Energy Body - Aura

Everyone is surrounded by an electromagnetic field, and this field is called an aura. The aura has been depicted throughout history in literature and paintings. Angel pictures show it as a halo; pictures of Jesus often depict a light around his head. Auras are not unique to angels and religious leaders, however; a field of energy surrounds us all.

Etheric Body

A term sometimes used to refer to the Astral Body, but which actually refers to that vehicle or body whose density lies between that of the astral and physical bodies.

Creating Pictures In Your Aura

Mental pictures can be created in your head and then transferred to the energy field around your body, your aura. If you create a picture that you are a little too fat in the rear end, you will invariably take that picture and place it right on your posterior! Then, each time you look in the mirror, you subconsciously see the picture and reinforce that negative image: "See, I knew I was too fat." This may be one reason why so many people end up gaining weight while on a diet; the negative image pictures they create about themselves get reinforced so much that it is hard to change them!

The first usually spontaneous out of body experiences are impressive, verifying from a practical point of view the existence of a soul. Such experience provides the feeling of being independent of the physical body, of existing without and outside the physical body. Aura Clearing and Chakra Clearing

In a healthy body, each layer of the aura is brightly colored, vibrant, full of energy, and flowing. When one's energy becomes imbalanced, stagnant, or blocked, the aura can have the appearance of being discolored, ripped, torn, or dented. The chakras in a healthy body should also appear clear, vibrant, and full of energy. They should be round in appearance and rotating in a clockwise direction. When afflicted, the chakras can appear cracked, deformed, or out of alignment with each other. If there is an imbalance in one of the layers of the aura or one of the chakras, it can have a direct effect of the information processed.

Crystals are tools that augment the flow of energy. They are like magnifying glasses, enhancing that which lies behind them (our thoughts, feelings, intentions and desires). This applies not only to desirable energy, however, but to all energy, both positive and negative. Through conscious use of crystals as tools, we can enhance anything we undertake. Quartz crystals have electromagnetic properties, hence their use in a lot of electrical devices. In my work with in-person and distant healing, I've noticed a huge distinction between ordinary chi, ki, or prana, and that which is governed by the soul and kundalini energies. The universe isn't simply composed of a roiling ocean of prana-there are differing frequencies. If you look up in the sky during the day, you see the Sun. That becomes the most dominant in your experience. In the night, if you look up, the stars become very dominant in your experience, but both the Sun and the stars - in fact, the Sun happens to be a star, too - look like puny little things when compared to the immense vastness of the sky. Generally, though, the sky is never in your conscious perception.
