| ARTICLES RELATED TO Dream interpretation Walking | | | | Dream interpretation Walking: Hints On YogaBrahmacharya is very very essential Even
in dreams you must be free from lustful thoughts. It requires long practice and
careful watch over the mind and Indriyas. Foolish people hastily jump up to the
higher courses in Yoga in vain without having this important item which is very
useful for spiritual Sadhana.

| | | | Dream interpretation Walking: A Celebration of MAY DAYA
Celebration of MAY DAY
There
are four great festivals of the Pagan Celtic year and the modern Witch's
calendar as well. The two greatest of these are Halloween (the beginning of
winter) and May Day (the beginning of summer). Being opposite each other on the
wheel of the year, they separate the year into halves. Halloween (also called
Samhain) is the Celtic New Year and is generally considered the more important
of the two, though May Day runs a close second. Indeed, in some areas --
notably Wales -- it is considered the great holiday.

| | | | Dream interpretation Walking: Talking Board BasicsA
wide range of experiences has been reported with "Ouija" or
"talking boards." Like anything in life, the result you get will
depend upon your intentions and expectations going in. Opening up to other
dimensions via such a medium is a bit like walking a tightrope. An innocent who
doesn't know enough to be afraid may sail across the rope just like it was two
feet off the ground. A mature and responsible adult may find the experience
expansive, enlightening, and thrilling. A reckless, thoughtless young person,
on the other hand, who lacks respect for the power of the situation, may find
himself or herself tumbling into an abyss with no net in sight.

Hindu -
Hinduism Dictionary on Firewalking
firewalking: The trance-inducing ceremonial practice of walking over a bed of smoldering, red-hot coals as an expression of faith and sometimes as a form of penance. Participants describe it as a euphoric experience in which no pain is felt and no burns received. Many lose body consciousness during the walk. Firewalking is associated with folk-shamanic Shaktism and is popular among Hindu communities inside and outside India. See: folk-shamanic, penance, Shaktism.

| | | | | Dream interpretation Walking: The Ultimate Joy Is Inner Growth
Why do sad people attract sad incidences in life? Why do happy people attract happy situations in life? Depending on what state of being we are, we attract situations. We have to focus on heightening our state of being rather than changing situations in life. If our state of being is low, then the external situation, even though sacred, will be pulled down to our level of being. For example, a poor man in a palace will make the palace into a gutter.

| | | | | | Dream interpretation Walking: The Unveiling: Adult Transition from Indigo to Octarine/Crystal
It starts with a vague feeling of something not quite being 'right'. Sounds are harsher on the ears, you find yourself avoiding your once-beloved candle shop because the scents are so over powering. The mall, once a wonderful Temple of Temptations, has become the ninth circle of hell, as have many other public venues. Noise and crowds now drive you away, rather than excite and attract you. Your 'been-there, done-that' passport is completely filled, and nothing really thrills you any more. It's mindless kiddie stuff now.

Hinduism Dictionary on Ashuddha tattvas
ashuddha tattvas: Odic, or magnetic, energy. These 24 categories make up the "world" of ashuddha (impure) maya. This is the realm of the astral and physical planes, in which souls function through the manomaya, pranamaya and annamaya koshas, depending on their level of embodiment. 1. prakriti tattva: primal nature, the gross energy of which all lower tattvas are formed. Prakriti, also called pradhana, is expressed as three gunas (qualities) - sattva, rajas and tamas. These manifest as light, activity and inertia, respectively; and on the subtle level as pleasure, sorrow and delusion. These gunas dominate the soul's powers of knowledge, action and desire (jnana, kriya and icŤha), and form the guna body, manomaya kosha. - antahkarana: the mental faculty. 2. buddhi tattva: judgment, intellect, the faculty of discrimination. 3. ahamkara tattva: egoism, sense of I-ness in the external form. It is the fundamental principle of individuality. 4. manas tattva: the instinctive mind, the receiving and directing link between the outer senses and the inner faculties. - jnanendriya: the five cognitive senses, of the nature of sattva guna. Each has a subtle and physical aspect. 5. shrotra tattva: hearing (ears). 6. tvak tattva: touching (skin). 7. chakshu tattva: seeing (eyes). 8. rasana tattva: tasting (tongue). 9. ghrana tattva: smelling (nose). - karmendriya: the five organs of action, of the nature of rajaguna. Each has a subtle and physical aspect. 10. vak tattva: speech (voice). 11. pani tattva: grasping (hands). 12. pada tattva: walking (feet). 13. payu tattva: excretion (anus). 14. upastha tattva: procreation (genitals). - tanmatra: the five subtle elements, of the nature of tamaguna. 15. shabda tattva: sound. 16. sparsha tattva: feel. 17. rupa tattva: form. 18. rasa tattva: taste. 19. gandha tattva: odor. These are the subtle characteristics of the five gross elements, akasha, vayu, tejas, apas and prithivi, respectively. - panchabhuta: the five gross elements. 20. akasha tattva: ether or space. 21. vayu tattva: air. 22. tejas tattva: fire. 23. apas tattva (or jala): water. 24. prithivi tattva: earth. | | | | Dream interpretation Walking: The Age Of AquariusThe Age Of Aquarius
Many astrologers herald
April of 1995 as the actual beginning of the "Age of Aquarius," for
that is when Uranus entered Aquarius, and of course Uranus rules the sign of
the water bearer. It's tricky to define and describe the general nature of
Aquarius and the energies of its counterpart Uranus, for by their natures, they
move beyond definition and transcend restrictions and expectations.

Spiritual - Theosophy
Dictionary on
Fire-walking
Fire-walking The ability to walk unharmed across a bed of live coals, or to handle fire and heated objects with impunity. Recently this feat has been corroborated by research. It is well known to many ordinary Oriental fakirs, tribal medicine men, sorcerers, and adepts. Some mesmerists who, with a few passes, can anesthetize a limb use the same means as the fire-walkers. While some mediums are entranced before being rendered invulnerable to fire, in Tibet and India the condition is produced consciously and at will. In all these cases the condition results from a compression of the astral fluid already existing "about a person, so as to form an elastic shell, absolutely non-penetrable by any physical object" (IU 1:378). Nor does ordinary heat register, as such, on astral substance. This invisible shell of compressed astral fluid also accounts for the instances where the person so protected cannot be shot. In these cases the bullets appear just beyond the muzzle of the weapon, quiver in the air, and fall to the ground, as if meeting an impenetrable barrier. This protecting, elastic shell also explains why heavy blows and attacks with sharp instruments will make no impression upon "convulsionaries" as was shown by the historic records in the cases of the convulsionaries of St. Medard (IU 1:373-6).
