Water

• To dream of clear water, foretells that you will joyfully realize prosperity and pleasure.
• If the water is muddy, you will be in danger and gloom will occupy Pleasure's seat.
• If you see it rise up in your house, denotes that you will struggle to resist evil, but unless you see it subside, you will succumb to dangerous influences.
• If you find yourself baling it out, but with feet growing wet, foreshadows trouble, sickness, and misery will work you a hard task, but you will forestall them by your watchfulness. The same may be applied to muddy water rising in vessels.

Poor Test or Other Performance

Definition: You dream of anxiety-filled activity related to taking an examination in school, or of being tested in some way. There are several versions of this nightmare. You may arrive at the room to find the test has already begun; you may not be able to find the right room; you may be handed the test and realize that you do not know the answers or have never even read the books upon which the test is based. You may not have time to finish. In any case, you are uncertain you are able to pass or to graduate. In another version of the same theme, you may be due to perform in a play, musical, sport, or other event and, as you begin, realize you have forgotten the lines, do not know the part, do not recognize the material or don't know what to do.

Examples:

• I'm handed the exam and glance at the questions. I realize with horror that I don't know any of the answers. I never read the books for this test.
• I'm standing on the stage in my costume. Suddenly I can't remember any of my lines. Am I in the wrong play?

RUSSIAN MASSAGE (RUSSIAN SPORTS MASSAGE)

This technique alters the basic strokes of classical massage so each stroke provides the client with the least invasive and most comfortable treatment.

Each stroke in Russian massage has a known physiological effect on a healthy or dysfunctional body. Therapists don’t use their wrists or single digit pressure, instead opting for shoulders or elbows as the primary sources of strength for deep work.

Sagittarius: The best quality of Sagittarius is loyalty. This is true for Sun sign Sagittarians, and also for people with other planets in this sign, although with other planets, the loyalty may extend only to matters concerning that planet. Baha'i Perspective On Gender Divide

Nearly 121 million children around the world receive little or no schooling, and the majority of these children are girls. Why is the gender divide so deep? What is holding us back from pursuing a policy of enlightened self-interest?

The Baha'i international community has long recognised the importance of educating girls because as future mothers, they would be better equipped to encourage Generation X - of either gender - to go to school. Nearly 90 years ago, Abdu'l-Baha said: "The education of women is of greater importance than the education of men, for they are the mothers of the race, and mothers play an important role in rearing children. So, they must be capably trained in order to educate both sons and daughters".

Swimming

1. Leisurely swimming, such as at a beach, in a lake, or in a pool, implies good fortune and easy living ahead, unless the weather is bad, in which case danger could result from doing the wrong thing at the wrong place at the wrong time.

2. Swimming toward the shore indicates getting to where you want to go, but only with a lot of hard work. How difficult that will be depends on the circumstances (especially the weather) and the other symbols in the dream.

3. Swimming for your life in a storm warns of great difficulties ahead. If you reach the shore, or if there is a star or lighthouse guiding your way, you will prevail.

SPORTS MASSAGE

Sports massage consists of specific components designed to reduce injuries, alleviate inflammation, provide warm-up, etc. for amateur and professional athletes before, during, after, and within their training regimens.

Sports Massage: Massage of foundation tissues directed specifically at the muscles used in athletic activities. This is a deep muscle massage often used around the joints. It combines classical Swedish style with trigger points, compression and electro-neuromuscular techniques to reduce soreness. Excellent when preparing for sports activities or after a strenuous workout.

Lila (Sanskrit) Sport, literally; or pastime. In the orthodox Hindu Scriptures it is explained that "the acts of the divinity are lila ", or sport.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: Trauma, posture, or inflammation can create a binding down of fascia resulting in excessive pressure on nerves, muscles, blood vessels, osseous structures and/or organs.

This hands-on technique seeks to free the body from the grip of tight fascia, or connective tissue, thus restoring normal alignment and function and reducing pain.

Therapists apply mild, sustained hand-pressure in order to gently stretch and soften fascia. Treatment is used to treat neck and back pain, headaches, recurring sports injuries, and scoliosis, and other conditions.

Lung (Chinese) Dragon; the being who excels in intelligence. Dragons of Wisdom was the name given by the Chinese to the first disciples of the primitive adepts of the third root-race, and later of the fourth and fifth root-races. The dragon was described as:

"gifted with an accepted form, which he has the supernatural power of casting off for the assumption of others, he has the power of influencing the weather, producing droughts or fertilizing rains at pleasure, of raising tempests and allaying them" (Mythical Monsters 212).

Confucius spoke of the dragon as one who "feeds in the pure water of Wisdom and sports in the clear waters of Life"; while the Twan-ying-tu says of the yellow dragon, "His wisdom and virtue are unfathomable . . . he does not go in company and does not live in herds (he is an ascetic). He wanders in the wilds beyond the heavens. He goes and comes, fulfilling the decree (Karma); at the proper seasons if there is perfection he comes forth, if not he remains (invisible)" (SD 2:365).

NeuroBioFeedback (NBF): Combination of biofeedback and neural therapy. The Alexandria institute (Hastings-on-Hudson, New York) defines neural therapy as a non-invasive, highly effective means to create efficient brain function using only light and sound.

NeuroBioFeedback is a way to create healthy patterns of brain functioning. Its apparent principle is that the mind and body can function well when the brain is fit and functioning well. NBF in conjunction with sport psychology mental skills training techniques may enable reaching the ZONE (see Three Phase Workout) at will. One of NBF's major promoters is hypnotherapist and aromatherapist Bob Reese, A.T.C., C.P.P.T. (Certified Peak Performance Trainer.).
