is a key factor in the human evolutionary process. Health is not just physical
fitness or absence of disease. In ancient India, the term health had a much
wider connotation; it was something that went beyond physical and mental
dimensions. The spiritual dimension reinforces and also uplifts the physical

SacrificeLove is the primary, fundamental building
block that everything is made of, and love is self-aware; it recognizes itself
in everything, and loves itself in everything. In its primal, unified,
unlimited, infinite state, it knows nothing other than unity, perfection,
completion, wholeness.

Dealing With Negative Ego Neighbors And PeopleThe
focus of this article is how to effectively deal with people and neighbors who
are dominated by the negative ego.
To
begin, it must be understood that when life is looked at from the perspective
of the soul, everything is seen as a lesson, challenge and spiritual test.
Every interaction is seen as an opportunity to respond from a Christ
Consciousness attitude rather then a negative ego attitude, to respond from
unconditional love, rather than fear and attack, to choose oneness with God
rather than separation from God, to choose forgiveness instead of grudges.

| | | | Dream Dictionary Perfection: Ethics in Hindu DarmaThe mark of Dharma
is Achara or good conduct. Achara is the mark of
the good. From Achara is Dharma born. Dharma enhances life. Man attains
prosperity and fame, here and hereafter, through the practice of Dharma.
Good conduct is
the highest Dharma. It is the root of all Tapas or austerities. Righteousness,
truth and good works, power and prosperity - all originate from conduct.

| | | | | Dream Dictionary Perfection: Multiple Paths To The Supreme One
Earth, water, fire, wind, sky, the astral bodies, dawn, night, thunderstorms and lightning are all worshipped and deified in Hinduism. If God is 'all’, then where is his abode? "The Hindu firmly believes that the countless viewpoints of God (the different religions) are all valid and will lead us to the same God. The ultimate experience is beyond the pale of the ego; but the highest spiritual experiences, too, may differ from person to person, as is revealed in the different religions... "Even they who seek material gains - or even spiritual perfection - resort to God only through the various divinities; and God responds to them through the same channel. We adore God in various ways. This knowledge frees us from fear, attachment, anger, intolerance and proselytism".

| | | | | Dream Dictionary Perfection: Your Creator can be Your Best Friend
Two men went into a mango garden. One man started counting the mango trees and the number of fruit each bore and approximate value of the orchard. The other man went straight to the owner and making his acquaintance was invited by him to pluck and taste the fruit. One was busy in counting and calculating, the other was enjoying the delicious fruit. Ramakrishna Paramhansa would cite this example to show the difference between the man of dry academics and the man of devotion.

in dreams you must be free from lustful thoughts. It requires long practice and
careful watch over the mind and Indriyas. Foolish people hastily jump up to the

| | | | Dream Dictionary Perfection: Dhyana-yoga of Bhagavad-GitaDhyana-yoga of Bhagavad-Gita
In this chapter the
Lord explains that the process of the eightfold yoga system (astanga-yoga) is a
means to control the mind and the senses. This practice culminates in samadhi,
full consciousness of the Supreme. However, this is very difficult for people
in general to perform, especially in the Age of Kali. Although astanga-yoga is
recommended in this chapter, the Lord emphasises that the process of
bhakti-yoga, is better.

| | | | Dream Dictionary Perfection: Hinduism Mythology and SymbolsThere are great
truths behind the ancient mythology of Hinduism. You cannot ignore a thing
simply because it has a garb of mythology. Do not argue. Shut up your mouth.
Keep your intellect at a respectable distance when you study mythology.
Intellect is a hindrance. It will delude you. Give up arrogance and vanity.
Cultivate love for imagery. Sit like a child and open your heart freely. You will
comprehend the great truths revealed by mythology. You will penetrate into the
hearts of the Rishis and sages who wrote the mythology. You will really enjoy
mythology now..

| | | | | Dream Dictionary Perfection: The Four Paths of Hindu YogaThe four main
spiritual paths for God-realisation are Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga and
Jnana Yoga. Karma Yoga is suitable for a man of active temperament, Bhakti Yoga
for a man of devotional temperament, Raja Yoga for a man of mystic temperament,
and Jnana Yoga for a man of rational and philosophical temperament, or a man of
enquiry.
Mantra Yoga,
Laya Yoga or Kundalini Yoga, Lambika Yoga and Hatha Yoga, are other Yogas. Yoga,
really, means union
with God. The practice
of Yoga leads to communion with the Lord. Whatever may be the starting point,
the end reached is the same.

| | | | | Dream Dictionary Perfection: What I Really Want
What I really want is for people who have waited well to know that their wait was worth it, I want those who have been righteous and good to know that these sterling principles paid off, I want those who have prayed to know that they did not pray in vain. I want very much for unhappy people to be happy; for Heaven's greatest movers like Santa Theresa to look down and find that a world which rejected God still has a God which has not rejected the world. I want to see justice done.
