Dream Dictionary Clay: Meaning of Dreams about Clay

Clay

  • To dream of clay, denotes isolation of interest and probable insolvency. To dig in a clay bank, foretells you will submit to extraordinary demands of enemies. If you dig in an ash bank and find clay, unfortunate surprises will combat progressive enterprises or new work. Your efforts are likely to be misdirected after this dream.
  • Women will find this dream unfavorable in love, social and business states, and misrepresentations will overwhelm them.

Dream Dictionary Clay: Alternative Health Dictionary on Mucusless diet

mucusless diet: Centerpiece of Ehretism. The mucusless diet consists of all green vegetables and all fruit. In an essay titled My Mucusless Diet and Naturopathy, Ehret held that internal impurity (mucus) was the only disease, and that unusable food elements, mainly from mucus-forming foods, caused it.

Mucus-forming foods, according to one of Ehret's articles, include dairy products, eggs, fats, meat, and all starchy foods. In one of the 25 lessons that constitute the text of Mucusless Diet Healing System, Ehret, citing Genesis, called fruits and starchless greenleaf vegetables the natural food of man (see: Bentonite Clay)

Dream Dictionary Clay: Precognitive dreams and premonitions

About four out of ten reported psychic experiences involve some seeming awareness of the future. The term premonition is in general use, and the more clinical word precognition, ('before knowing'), tends to be used by parapsychologists. In descending order of frequency, premonitions come in the form of dreams, waking thoughts, waking imagery and sleep-onset, (hypnagogic), imagery.

Dream Dictionary Clay: Alternative Health Dictionary on Mucusless Diet Healing System

Mucusless Diet Healing System: Subject of Prof. Arnold Ehret's book of the same name. The Mucusless Diet Healing System encompasses the mucusless diet, fasting, enemas, eugenics, nude sunbathing, and sex psychology.

Ehret's formula of Life is V = P - O, where

  • V stands for vitality,
  • P for the power that keeps one alive, and
  • for obstruction: all internal impurities.

Dream Dictionary Clay: Spiritual - Theosophy Dictionary on World Egg, Mundane Egg

World Egg, Mundane Egg The virgin or eternal egg is chaos, which is fecundated by the ray from spirit, and yet remains immaculate. According to the Stanzas of Dzyan, "The ray shoots through the virgin egg; the ray causes the eternal egg to thrill, and drop the non-eternal germ, which condenses into the world-egg" (SD 1:28). The non-eternal egg signifies the transitory worlds of manifestation and is often used for the universe in germ preceding its emanational unfolding. The first cause of a universe, its emanating spirit, was figurated as a bird which dropped an egg into chaos, the egg in course of aeons becomes the manifested universe.

According to the Laws of Manu, hiranyagarbha "is Brahma the first male formed by the undiscernible Causeless cause in a 'Golden Egg resplendent as the Sun,' " (SD 1:89). The Rig-Veda says that the incomprehensible divine germ of our universe, " 'the one Lord of all beings . . . the one animating principle of gods and man,' arose, in the beginning, in the Golden Womb, Hiranyagarbha -- which is the Mundane Egg or sphere of our Universe" (ibid.).

Ptah, the Egyptian god of creation, is represented as bringing forth beings from a lump of clay on a potter's wheel. This lump of clay represents the world egg, out of which all the beings creep. And the winged globe, so prominent in Egyptian symbology, is another symbol of the world egg.

Dream Dictionary Clay: Spiritual Theosophical Dictionary on Chréstos

Chréstos (Ancient Greek) The early Gnostic form of Christ. It was used in the fifth century B.C. by Eschylus, Herodotus, and others. The Manteumata pythochresta, or the "oracles delivered by a Pythian god" "through a pythoness, are mentioned by the former (Choeph.901). Chréstian is not only "the seat of an oracle", but an offering to, or for, the oracle.

Chréstés is one who explains oracles, "a prophet and soothsayer", and Chrésterios one who serves an oracle or a god. The earliest Christian writer, Justin Martyr, in his first Apology calls his co-religionists Chréstians. It is only through ignorance that men call themselves Christians instead of Chréstians," says Lactantius (lib. iv., cap. vii.). The terms Christ and Christians, spelt originally Chrést and Chréstians, were borrowed from the Temple vocabulary of the Pagans. Chréstos meant in that vocabulary a disciple on probation, a candidate for hierophantship.

When he had attained to this through initiation, long trials, and suffering, and had been ‘‘anointed’’ (i.e., "rubbed with oil", as were Initiates and even idols of the gods, as the last touch of ritualistic observance), his name was changed into Christos, the "purified", in esoteric or mystery language. In mystic symbology, indeed, Christés, or Christos, meant that the "Way", the Path, was already trodden and the goal reached ; when the fruits of the arduous labour, uniting the personality of evanescent clay with the indestructible INDIVIDUALITY, transformed it thereby into the immortal EGO.

"At the end of the Way stands the Chréstes", the Purifier, and the union once accomplished, the Chrestos, the "man of sorrow", became Christos himself. Paul, the Initiate, knew this, and meant this precisely, when he is made to say, in bad translation: ‘‘I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you" (Gal. iv.19), the true rendering of which is . . . ‘‘until ye form the Christos within yourselves" But the profane who knew only that Chréstés was in some way connected with priest and prophet, and knew nothing about the hidden meaning of Christos, insisted, as did Lactantius and Justin Martyr, on being called Chréstians instead of Christians. Every good individual, therefore, may find Christ in his "inner man" as Paul expresses it (Ephes. iii. 16,17), whether he be Jew, Mussulman, Hindu, or Christian.

Kenneth Mackenzie seemed to think that the word Chréstos was a synonym of Soter, "an appellation assigned to deities, great kings and heroes," indicating ‘‘Saviour,’’ - and he was right. For, as he adds:"It has been applied redundantly to Jesus Christ, whose name Jesus or Joshua bears the same interpretation. The name Jesus, in fact, is rather a title of honour than a name - the true name of the Soter of Christianity being Emmanuel, or God with us (Matt.i, 23.).Great divinities among all nations, who are represented as expiatory or self-sacrificing, have been designated by the same title.’’ (R. M. Cyclop.) The Asklepios (or Esculapius) of the Greeks had the title of Soter.

Dream Dictionary Clay: Holistic Health Dictionary I on COLON HYDROTHERAPY

COLON HYDROTHERAPY

Purified water is gently introduced into the colon through sterilized tubes in order to flush out toxins, gas, accumulated matter and mucus deposits along the walls of the colon. Disease always accompanies toxins and when these toxins are reduced by aiding their elimination, the body’s immune system is helped considerably.

The function of the intestines is to absorb nutrients, and eliminate body waste, thus water used for colon hydrotherapy can include vitamin or mineral additives to aid the corrective process and help prevent disease.

The results of a hydrotherapy session are increased energy, reduced craving for junk food, and overeating, since absorption of nutrients is increased when the encrustation on the colon wall are cleaned. Other beneficial conditions can include: constipation, a sluggish liver, headaches, flatulence, skin disorders, asthma, allergies, fatigue, depression, candida, as well as addictions to food or substance abuse.

Dream Dictionary Clay: Spiritual Theosophical Dictionary on Chnouphis

Chnouphis (Ancient Greek). Nouf in Egyptian. Another aspect of Ammon, and the personification of his generative power in actu, as Kneph is of the same in potentia. He is also ram-headed.

If in his aspect as Kneph he is the Holy Spirit with the creative ideation brooding in him, as Chnouphis, he is the angel who "comes in" into the Virgin soil and flesh. A prayer on a papyrus, translated by the French Egyptologist Chabas, says; ‘ 0 Sepui, Cause of being, who hast formed thine own body! 0 only Lord, proceeding from Noum ! 0 divine substance, created from itself! 0 God, who hast made the substance which is in him! 0 God, who has made his own father and impregnated his own mother."

This shows the origin of the Christian doctrines of the Trinity and immaculate conception. He is seen on a monument seated near a potter’s wheel, and forming men out of clay. The fig-leaf is sacred to him, which is alone sufficient to prove him a phallic god - an idea which is carried out by the inscription: "he who made that which is, the creator of beings, the first existing, he who made to exist all that exists." Some see in him the incarnation of Ammon-Ra, but he is the latter himself in his phallic aspect, for, like Ammon, he is " his mother’s husband", i.e., the male or impregnating side of Nature.

His names vary, as Cnouphis, Noum, Khem, and Khnum or Chnoumis. As he represents the Demiurgos (or Logos) from the material, lower aspect of the Soul of the World, he is the Agathodemon, symbolized sometimes by a Serpent ; and his wife Athor or Maut (Mot mother), or Sate, "the daughter of the Sun", carrying an arrow on a sunbeam (the ray of conception), stretches "mistress over the lower portions of the atmosphere". below the constellations, as Ne?th expands over the starry heavens. (See "Chaos".)

Dream Dictionary Clay: Hindu - Hinduism Dictionary on Bindu

bindu: (Sanskrit) "A drop, small particle, dot."

1)    The seed or source of creation. In the 36 tattvas, the nucleus or first particle of transcendent light, technically called Parabindu, corresponding to the Shakti tattva. Scientists say the whole universe just before the big bang could fit on the head of a pin- a tremendous point of energy- that is Parabindu.

2)    Small dot worn on the forehead between the eyebrows, or in the middle of the forehead, made of red powder (kunkuma), sandalpaste, clay, cosmetics or other substance. It is a sign that one is a Hindu. Mystically, it represents the "third eye," or the "mind's eye," which sees things that the physical eyes cannot see. The forehead dot is a reminder to use and cultivate one's spiritual vision, to perceive and understand life's inner workings, as well as to look into the past to see the future. The bindu is also a beauty mark worn by Hindu women, the color red generally a sign of marriage, black often worn before marriage to ward off the evil eye, kudrishti or papadrishti.

3)    The bindu is known as pottu in Tamil.

4)    Bindu is also a term for semen.

See: tattva, tilaka.

Dream Dictionary Clay: Hindu - Hinduism Dictionary on Analogy

analogy: An explanation of a thing made by comparing it point by point with another thing. For example, in the analogy of the potter, the potter represents God and the clay represents the primal substance, or "matter."

Dream Dictionary Clay: Wiccan Pagan Dictionary on EMPTINESS

EMPTINESS - (nothingness) 1. that which serves for effectiveness, like the hub of a wheel, the hollow of a clay pot, the open doors and windows of a house, the flute-like space between Heaven and Earth (Lao Tzu)

2. condition of opening oneself and receiving energy and vibration; attracting things when void. (Michio Kush) (NAD)
