Dream Dictionary Afraid: Dream Interpretations Dictionary - Armour

Dream Interpretation Armour

Dreaming about armour means that subconsciously you feel that you need a protection and want to be shielded from different influences. Wearing an armour: you are afraid of being attacked by others, being hurt. You need to analyse what made you wear the armour: your fears, your defensive attitude? Sometimes the armour represents your protective behaviour due to which other people cannot get close to you. In any case, dreaming of armour means that you need to change something in your life, because walking in a heavy "armour" is quite difficult.

Dream Dictionary Afraid: Dream Interpretation - Guns

Guns

Dreaming about guns and interpreting these dreams depends greatly on your attitude about guns. Many people are uncomfortable with the life-and-death power of guns. If you don't like or are afraid of the gun's power, it is a taboo symbol. Dreaming about guns from this context reveals a sense of being deeply threatened by the environment of the dream or persons in the dream. The gun may represent a nearly desperate need to reassert personal control in the situation or to find personal power in relationship to others.

If you are comfortable with the recreational use of guns, they may be less important as a dream symbol. If you are a recreational target-shooter or hunter, guns may not have much significance apart from what is being shot at or who is hunting with you.

Dream Dictionary Afraid: Dream Interpretation Dictionary - Falling

Falling : Dream Interpretation Dictionary - Falling

Falling

You're falling, falling, falling... and then you wake up. This is a very common dream and is said to symbolize insecurities and anxiety. Something in your life is essentially out of control and there is nothing you can do to stop it. Another interpretation is that you have a sense of failure about something. Maybe you're not doing well in school or at work and are afraid you're going to be fired or expelled. Again, you feel that you can't control the situation.

Dream Dictionary Afraid: Dream Interpretation Dictionary - Naked dreams - "I'm Naked!"

Naked dreams : Dream Interpretation Dictionary - Naked dreams - "I'm Naked!"

Naked dreams - "I'm Naked!"

So you are going about your normal routine - going to work, waiting for the bus, or just walking down the street when you suddenly realize that you are stark naked. Dreaming that you are completely or partially naked is very common. Nudity symbolizes a variety of things depending on your real life situation.

Becoming mortified at the realization that you are walking around naked in public, is often a reflection of your vulnerability or shamefulness. You may be hiding something and are afraid that others can nevertheless see right through you. Metaphorically clothes are a means of concealment. With clothes, you can hide your identity or be someone else. But without them, everything is hanging out for all to see. You are left without any defenses. The dream may telling you that you are trying to be something that you really are not.  Or that you are fearful of being ridiculed and disgraced. If you are in a new relationship, you may have some fears or apprehension in revealing your true feelings.

Nudity also symbolizes being caught off guard. Finding yourself naked at work or in a classroom, suggests that you are unprepared for a project at work or school. You may be uninformed in making a well-formed decision. With all eyes on you, you have this fear of having some deed brought to public attention. You fear that people will see through your true self and you will be exposed as a fraud or a phony.

Many times, when you realize that you are naked in your dream, no one else seems to notice. Everyone else in the dream is going about their business without giving a second look at your nakedness. This implies that your fears are unfounded; no one will notice except you. You may be magnifying the situation and making an issue of nothing. On the other hand, such dreams may mean your desire (or failure) to get noticed.

For a small percentage of you, dreaming that you are proud of your nakedness and show no embarrassment or shame, then it symbolizes your unrestricted freedom. You have nothing to hide and are proud of who you are. The dream is about a new sense of honesty, openness, and a carefree nature.

Dream Dictionary Afraid: Dream Interpretations Dictionary - Fire

Dream Interpretation Fire

A dream involving fire usually has a comment to make on our physical and emotional potency and the way we express it in waking life. A dream of fire being put out by water may suggest physical energy being restrained by the cooler process of thought. If you see a house on fire, it could mean an impending illness. In men's dreams a blazing fire could mean that his passions are on fire. And if he is scared of the fire, he is afraid of a total commitment. A heavily smoking fire predicts bad luck. If you are lighting a fire, expect a new friendship or a romantic relationship. Dancing around fire denotes a party with friends.

Dream Dictionary Afraid: Dream Interpretation Dictionary - Wolves

Wolves

Wolves may have positive or negative meaning and may represent good or evil in dreams. They could represent hostility, aggression, sneakiness, and ferocious appetites. In some cultures, wolves represent feminine energies and in others masculine. In the Native American culture and tradition, the wolf is a symbol of a mysterious and wonderful teacher. Wolves are considered to be powerful guides who offer wisdom and enlightenment. When interpreting your dream consider your feelings in it and the mood upon awakening. If you were mesmerized and not afraid, then give your dream positive meaning and accept its message.

Dream Dictionary Afraid: Meaning of Dreams about Ass

Ass [18]

  • To see an ass in a dream, you will meet many annoyances, and delays will accrue in receiving news or goods.
  • To see donkeys carrying burdens, denotes that, after patience and toil, you will succeed in your undertakings, whether of travel or love.
  • If an ass pursues you, and you are afraid of it, you will be the victim of scandal or other displeasing reports.
  • If you unwillingly ride on one, or, as jockey, unnecessary quarrels may follow.

Dream Dictionary Afraid: Dream Interpretation Dictionary - Flying dreams  - "I'm Flying"

Flying dreams : Dream Interpretation Dictionary - Flying dreams  - "I'm Flying"

Flying dreams  - "I'm Flying"

Flying dreams fall under a category of dreams where you become aware that you are dreaming, known as lucid dreaming. Many dreamers have described the ability to fly in their dreams as an exhilarating, joyful, and liberating experience.

If you are flying with ease and enjoying the scene and landscape below, then it suggests that you are on top of a situation. You have risen above something. It may also mean that you have gained a different perspective on things. Flying dreams and the ability to control your flight is representative of your own personal sense of power.

Having difficulties staying in flight indicates a lack of power in controlling your own circumstances. You may be struggling to stay aloft and stay on course. Things like power lines, trees, or mountains may further obstruct your flight. These barriers represent a particular obstacle or person who is standing in your way in your waking life. You need to identify who or what is hindering you from moving forward.

If you are feeling fear when you are flying or that you feel that you are flying too high, then it suggests that you are afraid of challenges and of success.

In reality, we do not have the ability to fly. Thus such dreams may represent that which is beyond our physical limitations. In your mind, you can be anybody and do anything. Another way of interpreting flying dreams is that these dreams symbolize your strong mind and will. You feel undefeatable and nobody can tell you what you cannot do and accomplish. Undoubtedly these dreams leave you a great sense of freedom.

Dream Interpretation X-Rays

Dream Dictionary Afraid: Dream Interpretations Dictionary - Weapons

Dream Interpretation Weapons

Weapons in the dreams more often represent our aggressive feelings of antipathy and hatred and are associated with physical violence. According to Freud's view, every weapon is a phallic symbol, and weapon dreams have a sexual content. it's very true mostly for male dreamers. If a man dreams of attacking a woman with a weapon, his subconscious draws an association between lovemaking and physical assault, because he sees a woman as a pray rather than a companion. If a woman has this dream of being attacked with a weapon, it expresses her sexual insecurity and fear of the male. Dreaming about a sharp weapon like a knife or a dagger is a sign that people around you are ready to fight. Owning a weapon: you want others to be afraid of you and respect you more. Having a damaged weapon means that your attempts to defend yourself are futile.

Dream Dictionary Afraid: What is Healing dreams?

How can dreams be used for healing? Many of the people I interviewed were women who had suffered breast cancer. Their stories were as varied and individual as the dreamers themselves and ranged from little bears helping with house cleaning to dramatic stories of physical and spiritual loss and rebirth played out in dreaming and in waking.
When we finally feel confident in exploring the elements of dream diagnosis, the next step is to explore the elements of healing in our dreams. Diagnosis is presented not to frighten us, but to allow us to begin a journey of healing.

Dream Dictionary Afraid: Spiritual Dictionary on Saturn

Saturn: Where Jupiter showed process, Saturn shows structure. Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn. Its placement and aspects indicate how structure is perceived either as limitation and restriction that keep you from pursuing your desires or as a container in which you can lead an orderly and productive life. On the whole structure is a good thing. The structure of bones allows us to move about and stand erect. Our skin provides a container without which we would surely die. It is how we perceive the container and what we do with it that makes all the difference.

As Saturn moves through the signs, its cycle defines major life changes. Around age seven you develop a new sense of personal responsibility, at about 15 you become a young adult, able to use abstract thinking in your decision-making process. At age 21 you become an adult in the eyes of the law, and around age 28 to 30 you experience your first Saturn return (It takes Saturn 28 to 30 years to go through all of the signs one time), and you undergo a shift from an extended growth period into an extended productive period. This structure is more or less the same for everyone.

The sign and house placement of Saturn indicate how you can best pursue your career, whatever that career may be. Should you start out owning your own company Leo style, or should you undertake humanitarian goals Aquarius style? By following Saturn’s indicators you can plan a career course that allows a steady development.

Saturn provides a barometer for you in the form of feedback. Sometimes you feel limited in what you can do, and you can use this as feedback about what educational opportunity to pursue. Sometimes you are afraid of the next step, and you can use this fear to show you where to seek emotional support. You will experience authority and responsibility in your life in constructive or destructive ways, based on where Saturn is found. Saturn can become your inner teacher and guide, as well as a timer for major changes throughout your life.

Dream Dictionary Afraid: Death is a Dream - What the Dead have taught me about the Afterlife

The ability to communicate with those who have passed into the nonphysical or "died" gives a person a unique perspective on life and death. Working as a medium has blessed me with the opportunity to communicate with many in the spirit world. Often through the years, as clients have thanked me heartily for bringing through a loved one, I have found myself sincerely returning their gratitude for the opportunity to "meet" the spirits who came through for them. I have learned a great deal from these communications about the nature of life and "death."

Dream Dictionary Afraid: Mysticism Magick Dictionary on FAIRY

FAIRY

One of the reasons that "fairy" became a derogatory epithet for homosexual is that ordinary society pretends to pride itself on its own ordinariness and lack of originality and is afraid to confess any interest in the possibility of the extraordinary. Beyond that, the Celtic Irish believe(d) that the "little people" inhabit a beautiful land of "the ever young". These and similar notions led to the natural association of one with the other. Wm. Butler Yeats and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, however, claimed to have incontrovertible evidence in support of the existence of fairies. More recently, Jacques Vallée has advanced the idea that today's ufos are the descendents of yesterday's fairies.
