Dream Dictionary - Skin: Dream Interpretation Dictionary - Skin

Skin

1. The meaning of a dream of human skin varies with its condition. If you dream of smooth, beautiful, healthy skin, it foreshadows romantic happiness. If you dream of blotchy or pimply skin, however, it indicates romantic trouble ahead. Peeling skin represents a sloughing off of the old in order to make way for the new.

2. Animal skins are a symbol of death, colored by the nature of the animal. For instance, rabbits represent fear, and if you dream of a rabbit skin that indicates that some of your fears are going to disappear. Dreaming of an ox, however, indicates a loss of strength and stamina. To dream of a coat or stole made of animal skins is a symbol of exploiting the vulnerable for the sake of one’s own gain.

Dream Dictionary - Skin: Dream Interpretation - Wrinkled Skin

Wrinkled Skin

According to African legend, death entered the world in the following way: Long ago, people were able to shed their skins, like a snake. Everyone did this and lived forever, renewing their youth. One time, a woman forgot that she should do this and put her old skin back on, and death came into the world.

Dreams of wrinkled skin may be troubling because they are associated with age and death. You may feel as though you are wasting your time in waking life and your subconscious is reminding you that life is short. Another version of the wrinkled skin dream is accelerated aging, where your skin seems to visibly shrink or wrinkle in minutes. This dream may be revealing how you feel about your progress towards your life goals. You aren't getting any younger, after all. These dreams can be troubling, but should not be. Dreams of this nature often are your mind's way of saying, ?It's time for something new," and encouraging you to take steps in achieving some of your dreams. Turn in your old hat for a new one. Are you resisting the maturing process at some level? Do you feel as though others are preventing you from attaining the stature or wisdom of your age? Are you experiencing a rebirth or removal of "old" limitations?

Dream Dictionary - Skin: Mysticism Magick Dictionary on JUNG'S NIGHTMARE

JUNG'S NIGHTMARE

Jung dreamed, at age 4, of a great tower on a throne. It seemed to be made of skin and the top of it was rounded with a singly eye staring upward. He found this quite frightening. In later life, when he broke with Freud he admitted that he felt that mans needs were much greater than sex. He felt that sex was merely one powerful force amongst others. Freud begged Jung never to abandon the sexual basis of neurosis but that it must stand as a bulwark. "Against what?", asked Jung. "Against the occult.", whispered Freud.

Jungs psychological theory can be summed up in this statement: the goal of psychic development is the self - There is no linear evolution. There is only a circumambulation of the self. Everything points to the center.

Dream Dictionary - Skin: Mysticism Magick Dictionary on HELL

HELL

The negative vortex. The state of the world as it awaits the transmogrifying ourgos of the magician. In the infernal state, the world contains an infinite number of physical, mental and spiritual torments that usually pass unnoticed by the damned who have grown accustomed to them. Only when some new and particularly hideous catastrophe strikes do the victims remember where they are and where they have been all along.

Hell is as much an illusion as earth. There is a possibly apocryphal anecdote related by Mrs. Melitta Rubia, a latterday disciple of HPB, in which she dreams that she has been transported to a lovely, warm garden of dazzling beauty in which all of her wants are provided. Here she dwells, day after halcyon day, in sweet idleness and luxury. One evening, as she descends to the crystal clear lake to drink the divine nectar that crowns her perfect existence, she suddenly discovers that she has been living a hideous delusion. The truth is that she is really a loathesome parasite whose lovely garden is simply her host's skin and the crystal lake her host's bloodstream.

White (noun, white or whites; adjective, white people) is a color-defined term used as a form of ethno-racial classification. Though literally implying light-skinned, "white" has been used in different ways at different times and places. It is somewhat of a misnomer. While the extremes of human skin color range from pink to blue-black, the vast majority of people have a skin color which can be best described as some shade of brown. A common element to the various definitions of "White" today, is that the term refers to a person ...

An orgasm, also known as a sexual climax, is a pleasurable physical, psychological or emotional response to prolonged sexual stimulation. It is often accompanied by a notable physiological reaction, such as ejaculation, blushing or spasm and may be followed by aftershocks. Dictionaries still give the subsidiary meaning, "a similar point of intensity of emotional excitement," but as of the present day, this usage has become obscure. It can be startling to modern readers when encountered in older literature. Including:
