How can dreams be used for healing? Many of the people I interviewed were women who had suffered breast cancer. Their stories were as varied and individual as the dreamers themselves and ranged from little bears helping with house cleaning to dramatic stories of physical and spiritual loss and rebirth played out in dreaming and in waking.
When we finally feel confident in exploring the elements of dream diagnosis, the next step is to explore the elements of healing in our dreams. Diagnosis is presented not to frighten us, but to allow us to begin a journey of healing.

How often have you woken in the night, looked at a digital clock, but it has appeared blurred or doesn't make sense? During the past seven years of Feng Shui practice, I have discovered that business people who adhere to the application of Feng Shui principles in their places of business and homes have a distinct edge over those who do not.

The Chinese have known for thousands of years how the environment affects the well-being and prosperity of governments, families and businesses. They know how to "read" the energies of the mountains, waterways, trees, shrubs, slopes of the hills, directions of the roads, and other environmental features. They also know how shapes and colors define these energies both outside and inside of structures. When they add compass direction and time to these distinctions, they can give a comprehensive picture of what any particular environment will provide for its inhabitants, and how to most effectively use that space.

Every year the energies around us change and affect us differently. In feng shui, cosmic energies play a big role in affecting our well-being. As the earth rotates around the sun, day turns into night and seasons change. The shorter days of winter tend to depress us while spring and summer tend to rejuvenate us. Our financial well-being is related to sunspots on the top of the sun, while sunspots on the bottom of the sun are associated with economic recession. Sufis tend to remain hidden in a mysterious world, revealing themselves only to chosen seekers of truth - who are receptive and devoted. This has been their way for thousands of years. They pray to God in the middle of night, in its deep silence when the world sleeps, as they don't want to make an exhibition of their prayer.

Krishna says in the Bhagavad Gita: "The meditator meditates alone in the deep night when everybody in the world is sleeping". And Sufis do the same.

How does the ancient science and art of feng shui relate to the New Children? Due to their sensitivities, the New Children have often been likened to canaries being sent into the coal mine. Enlightenment cannot enter through a closed door. Forgiveness is the doorway to enlightenment or love consciousness, for without completing forgiveness you cannot move on. It will always be the anchor that holds you back. Sooner or later you must do it for your own sake. "Unforgiveness" is a poison in your system that will rob you of your spiritual life. If you hate one soul you will never be able to love another completely. The poison in your system will pollute your experience of love with everyone and everything in life.
