The biggest change, however, would be his ability to use several weapons; he was shown using an MP5 submachine gun, a sword and a bazooka, among many others. Scratch is a tall anthropomorphic robotic rooster. He has a distinctive laugh that sounds like a rooster crow. His behavior, however, has nothing to do with his appearance. His name comes from the phrase "chicken scratch."
Scratch is often the "brains" of the robotic duo of Scratch and Grounder, though often, he will follow orders from Robotnik (sometimes with his own variations). Tails Doll has poor handling, average acceleration and average top speed. Its jumping abilities are quirky, too, since it cannot jump very high, but seems able to float.
