Catalyst Dictionary: Massage Bodywork Dictionary on ALCHEMICAL SYNERGY

ALCHEMICAL SYNERGY

Developed by Kamala Renner, Alchemical Synergy is a process of evolving universal energy patterns and is used as a holistic counseling system that focuses on achieving transformation by utilizing the universal four forces of centripetal, centrifugal, gravity, and electromagnetics - the consciousness portion of the Big Bang theory relative to the beginning of the universe.

Centripetal controls all inward movement, allowing us to go inside to observe and reconnect with our inner world which contains knowledge of all that is natural for us as an individual. Centrifugal controls all outward movement, allowing interaction of the consciousness with the surroundings and other people.

Centripetal and centrifugal are duality and control all activity that depends on yin/yang, negative/positive balance for its existence. Gravity regulates the action of centripetal and centrifugal to ensure universal balance and stimulates the ability to step out of duality to observe the effect of its interaction from a neutral space.

Electromagnetics is the life force that is a catalyst for reproduction to occur, allowing the evolution of consciousness to continue. Synergy training defines every experience in categories relative to the force from which it originates. When we are aware of the influence of the four forces, we can begin to alter structures and patterns that cause stagnation in personal growth.(Adapted from Holistic Health Directory.)

Catalyst Dictionary: Spiritual Dictionary on Scorpio

Scorpio: The Catalyst

Key Phrase: I CREATE

Scorpio is passionate. As the Fixed Water sign of the zodiac, it illustrates the qualities of strong and abiding attachment. Ruled by Pluto, Scorpio serves to bring healing and transformation. Despite an often cool, calm exterior, it senses everything and misses nothing. Symbolized by the Scorpion and Eagle, Scorpio represents powers of destruction and regeneration. Scorpio is erotic, sensual, and incisive, but can be an extremist and unrelentingly vengeful. Scorpio explores and investigates until the core is exposed, often displaying exceptional research abilities. But there can also be an obsessive quality with Scorpio, and repressing emotions or holding onto pain are difficulties that can arise with this sign. Yet Scorpio has direct access to the energy necessary for birth and rejuvenation. Where you find Scorpio in your chart, there is intensity and strong feeling.

Catalyst Dictionary: Holistic Health Dictionary I on HERBOLOGY

HERBOLOGY

Also known as HERBALISM, is found in practically all the ancient cultures throughout the world, and utilizes plants and trees, and their derivatives for preventative and curative medicine.

It is recognized that herbs constitute the oldest form of healing therapy that we know of. The Whole Herb retains the subtler ingredients and energies necessary to balance the active elements, while transporting the balanced substances into the body, which can be a healing catalyst so effectively.

Herbs are prepared for internal and external use in various ways, including teas, tinctures, extracts, oils, ointments and compresses. Herbal therapy is used to strengthen the immune system, and heal the body naturally.

Catalyst Dictionary: Mysticism Magick Dictionary on AZOTH

AZOTH

The jewel of Paracelsus. Alchemists' mercury. According to some, from Arabic Az-zaug "the quicksilver". According to others, the word comprises totality from A to Z, from Alpha to Omega, from Aleph to Tau. Salt, the passive principle, is joined to Sulphur, the active principle, by the catalyst, Mercury. Azoth is thought to be the creative principle itself. It is usually symbolized by a cross or circle with the letters TARO at the four termini, so that the final T is the same as the initial T and thus can be seen to constitute a wheel:

Catalyst Dictionary: Gemstones Crystals - The Power of Gems

The Power of Gems

GemsÕ earliest use was for healing and spiritual ritual. Their value as concentrated wealth came into play at a much later time. Although gems were rare and exhibited great beauty, the reason they were so precious was the power they imparted to their wearers. They are storehouses of power that may be transmitted through contact with oneÕs body. Kings and queens would have gemstones set in their crowns to obtain their potencies. They connected the monarchs with forces enabling them to rule guided by cosmic energies. Priests of different religions used gems in rings for similar reasons. Gems exhibit their power in a beneficial or detrimental way depending on how they are used.

Catalyst Dictionary: The Purpose of Buddhist Prayer

The Purpose of Buddhist Prayer

Buddhist prayer is a practice to awaken our inherent inner capacities of strength, compassion and wisdom rather than to petition external forces based on fear, idolizing, and worldly and/or heavenly gain. Buddhist prayer is a form of meditation; it is a practice of inner reconditioning. Buddhist prayer replaces the negative with the virtuous and points us to the blessings of Life.

Catalyst Dictionary: Vedic Astrology and Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Health

Vedic Astrology and Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Health

In order to maintain a healthy mind we must realize the true realities of life. Therefore we must consider our spiritual nature to understand the subtleties of mind, intelligence and ego. Accordingly mental, emotional and spiritual health go together and, unless you have some knowledge in this regard, you cannot stop the onslaught of negative emotions brought on by ignorance and fear. We not only need to engage ourselves in some sort of fulfilling work to occupy our minds but need to understand why we fall victim to feelings of hate, envy, greed and avarice. These emotions only serve to destroy us intellectually, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually. Why is there so much hate in the world, anyway?

Catalyst Dictionary: ET Souls and the New Age

In describing ET Souls, I often use the terms "Walk-ins" and "Wanderers" (this second group is also called "Star People," "Star Born," or "Star Children"). Although their higher-dimensional origins and life-purpose is often the same, what distinguishes them is how they took birth in human form.
