There is a 'serious parody site' called The Charismaville Files (relating parody to The X-Files) and it shows facts and notes about the show, topped with photoshopped pictures of scenes featuring the characters on BS. All the information (or the 'conspiracy') about R.D. and D.G. (Red Dude and Dumb Guy) is only a joke and is not meant to offend people.
