Dictionary - Anchor Dream Interpretation Anchor The anchor is a symbol of hope, confidence, and health. If you see an anchor in your dream, your hopes will soon be fulfilled. Seeing a broken anchor is a sign of bad luck. Anchoring in a harbour means that you have found a solid ground. Throwing an anchor means that you are hoping for someone's help, but it is better to act on your own initiative.
