Chaotic and destructive, they worshiped a race of 'Old Gods', but were destroyed by the Titans. However, Elementals of Water are commonly summoned by mages and wizards, while fire elemental known as 'Firelords' still exist in certain places. While not pictured, Wind Elementals exist and are commonly seen in Arathi Highlands, Desolace and Silithus.
They are ruled by the Elemental Lieutenants: Ragnaros the Firelord (fire elemental), Therazane the Stonemother (earth elemental), Al'Akir the Windlord ...

Races in the Warcraft universe - Elemental
Elementals were some of the first creatures that appeared on Azeroth. Chaotic and destructive, they worshiped a race of 'Old Gods', but were destroyed by the Titans. However, Elementals of Water are commonly summoned by mages and wizards, while fire elemental known as 'Firelords' still exist in certain places. While not pictured, Wind Elementals exist and are commonly seen in Arathi Highlands, Desolace and Silithus.
They are ruled by the Elemental Lieutenants: Ragnaros the Firelord (fire elemental), Therazane the Stonemother (earth elemental), Al'Akir the Windlord (air elemental), Neptulon the Tidehunter (water elemental).
One thing to note is that these elementals are infact not a part of the Burning Legion. They will fight the demons of the Burning Legion as well as the beings that inhabit Azeroth. They are merely trying to restore their masters (the old gods) to power and to free their elemental lieutenants (mentioned above) so these can once again rule the world.
