List of shock sites - Goatse.cx

Goatse.cx is one of the most well-known shock sites, and perhaps the most infamous. The image that first appears on the site, hello.jpg, shows a man stretching his anus with his hands.
While that specific site was taken down by the NIC .cx authority in January 2004, Goat.cx and Hick.org/goat/ became used instead of the original location. Goat.cx now only displays a non-offensive image of a pumpkin, which could be interpreted as a man's anus, and the hick.org link now displays a 404 error, but many mirror sites containing the original goatse image still exist.

Snickerbars was created on November 12, 2005 and features an image of a woman eating feces. The google text shows "www.g00ns.net". It is located at http://www.snickerbars.com and could possibly be an attempt to hijack people intending to go to http://www.snickers.com. The owner of this website reportedly hangs out in irc.g00ns.net #g00ns.

Lemonparty.org contains a picture (lemonparty.jpg) of three elderly men lying on a bed naked, engaged in kissing and oral sex. The site was defunct for a number of years, then restored. The site once had a link that stated "click here to wash your eyeballs", which led to a picture of a kitten.
As of September 2005, there is a link to an IRC channel (irc://irc.gamesurge.net#eX.css) where the owner of LemonParty has been http://lemonparty.org/proof.txt verified. In addition, the background has turned gray and there is another link below that leads to Bottleguy. The 'owner' of lemonparty is purported to be George Knox of Scotland - although the men in the picture remain anonymous.
As of December 2005, the website is reported to have been sold after a short period of downtime. The new owner has left the original site in tact, with a link to a Lemon Party IRC based chat (irc://irc.infinitechat.com#dawgs), which is a redirect to a different site (http://fyou.org); as well as the supposed phone number (815-742-3776) of one of the participants in the picture.

Tubboy.net is an amateur attempt to reproduce Tubgirl, which is described below. The name is directly connected to the site itself, which was not the case with Tubgirl. The [M] logo, which appears prominently, is the a recognised emblem of the General Mayhem forums; the original thread which describes Tubboy can be found at General Mayhem.

Hai2u.com features an image of a woman vomiting while performing fellatio on a man sitting in a lawn chair, taken from a photo shoot by Max Hardcore. The actress uses the stage name Catalina and is featured in several of Hardcore's films. The site has the text "HAI2U!!!1 :)" in bold at the top of the page. The page is written in w3c validated XHTML 1.0 Transitional markup for officialness, and contains a link visible only in the Internet Explorer browser to make it your homepage. Started in May of 2005, the site has now gets tens of thousands of visitors per month, and has spread entirely by word of mouth. It was at one point highly ranked on a Google image search for "blowjob".

This contains a picture of a man eating feces from another man's anus. At the top it says "zomg, zizek~!" and at the bottom contains the text "DISCLAIMER: This picture does not depict anyone's genitals, and is therefore not pornographic in nature. I don't care if you're under 18. Go cry me a river." The color of the background was formerly white. As of January 10, 2006, the website redirects to google.

The many sites that have pictures of the harlequin fetus syndrome are generally not intended to be shock sites. The pictures show affected babies with cracked, dry skin, no ears or nose, bloody eyes, and swollen feet and hands. Many internet trolls link to such pictures anyway to shock people.

Pillowfight is a picture of a man's genitals covered in feces. It was formerly on the 404 error page at dolphinsex.org, along with an article on coprophilia, but that site is now down.

SnuffX is a large shock site that posts regular updates of pornography and death videos. It contains a large video archive of accident, celebrity, execution, and porn videos. The webmaster, Daeryk, was named the King Of E/N (Everything/Nothing) websites by Bizarre magazine.

Ogrish is an enormous, comprehensive site filled with images of gore, autopsies and amputations. Ogrish's infamy peaked when photos of World Trade Center "jumper" victims emerged on the site, along with photographs of other 9/11 victims, shortly after the terrorist attacks.

Workse, a clone of the popular Goatse.cx page, featuring a televised Japanese comedian (Rakkyo Ide) being sodomized by what the site claims is a kangaroo, but according to the on-screen graphic is a dog of Tosa breed. The website appears to have been shut down by the Christmas Islands authorities.

Fuck.org features a large picture of a black man having sex with an inflatable purple penguin in a bedroom. This page formerly consisted of single different images in the past such as circuses, bold texts, etc. There is a link on the page that takes you to http://tshirthell.com.

Supermodelsfart.com features a large picture of a sweaty, fat man having doggy-style anal sex with a noticeably upset young woman, who is leaning on a filthy sofa. The oddest part of this picture, however, is the fat man is eating a can of creamed corn, with another can on the girl's back. The title of the page is "canned corn lol".

Exet.nu is a Swedish site, formerly known as expressen.nu. The site is full of pictures of amputations, accidents, pictures from the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, pictures from New Orleans after being hit by Hurricane Katrina, alledged snuff movies and other material generally considered offensive. There are also numerous Flash games on the site.

The Gummi Series depicts a man putting objects into his urethra, the most famous being the kids_in_sandbox.mpg(http://www.moid.org/ed/kids_in_the_sandbox.mpg) video. The gummi man's identity is unknown.
The photos of the gummi man were found on the alt.sex.pictures usenet newsgroup around 1995/1996. They were placed on fnord.org in a "hidden" directory and the location was disclosed to friends but never publically published. Over the last decade, over 120,000 unique hits to the videos have been made. How the knowledge of the directory was propagated isn't exactly known. It is assumed that it was spread entirely by word of mouth, IRC and chat systems until bloggers and Internet forums became prominent.
The kids_in_sandbox video comes from an unknown adult movie. It was given to the owner of fnord.org around 2002 and added to the collection of gummi man photos. Since then, it too propagated like mad, peaking in about 12,000 downloads a month in 2004.
All of the images and videos were temporarily removed due to bandwidth constraints but were made available again in September of 2005.
