The Oneness Festival and The World University of Consciousness was founded by The Experience Foundation and The Golden Age Foundation.
The Experience Foundation, headquartered in Sweden with a global network in more than 30 countries, has the purpose of providing an opportunity for great teachers and fine representatives of spiritual traditions to share their wisdom on how to create a global transition.
The Golden Age Foundation is a spiritual institution, born in India and globally known as Kalki Dharma, created with the one objective of helping Humanity to discover and experience the truths of the ancient principles and live in harmony with the Universe.
Kalki, or Sri Kalki Bhagavan, the founder of Golden Age Foundation, is considered to be the Kalki Avatar capable of bringing enlightenment and to introduce the Golden Age. This is a short introduction and background to the Golden Age Foundation, Kalki and Amma.
There are two aspects of human life. One is the material aspect, which is concerned with the body, mind and the material nature and the second is the spiritual aspect concerned with the soul and God and the relationship between the two. Most humans today concentrate their efforts to fulfil the needs of the body and the mind and neglect the need for spiritual progress in their life. And sadly before they can realize the importance of spiritual progress, their life almost comes to an end.
With the scientific and technological advances arising out of the ingenuity of mankind, man has progressed greatly in the material world. His inventions have made his worldly life more comfortable. Yet he is unhappy. This is because he has hardly progressed in the spiritual world. In his mad rush towards material happiness, he has lost sight of the source of his sorrow, the chaos inside. Not recognizing the emptiness within, he indulges in various pursuits, all of which essentially serve to keep him busy, in an attempt to run away from that emptiness. This can be seen by observing his constant attempt to set new goals to be pursued, and from his ceaseless quest for recognition in society. The consequence of this escapism is added mental stress, leading to conflict with his near and dear ones, eventually leading to physical illness and disease.
For such persons God has only a ritualistic existence only for a few moments that they think of Him. Prayer, to most of them is a one-way communication with God – there seems to be no reply. Gradually their faith in God’s existence in their lives has been transformed to a mere belief. Man has therefore resigned to the fact that existence and suffering are inseparable. He has forgotten that it is natural for man to be happy.
Over the years numerous attempts by man to come out of this cycle of suffering have borne no fruit. In these times, when man has almost given up hope of ever coming out of his condition, the greatest spiritual renaissance of our times the phenomenon of Kalki and Amma has taken place and their Grace has started flowing. It is this massive coming of the Avatar, that has been promised by all the scriptures in all the ages. With the advent of Kalki and Amma people have been witnessing massive changes in different parts of the world assuredly in the general direction of world peace. An increasing awareness and reverence for God and a greater concern for the well being of mother earth has begun to envelop Man. Over the last ten years, around 15 million people all over the world have received Kalki and Amma’s Grace.
Golden age foundation is not a new religion that has come to replace our god’s and religions of yesterday, but instead is a spiritual revolution helping man to understand the truths of his own religion; those truths that have been distorted by time. It is based on discovering God in our lives and in the progress, growing in love for God, which in turn would awaken love for our family and the world. As we grow closer to God, sufferings of the material world miraculously dissolve as their purpose of drawing us towards God, has been served.
In a nutshell, the Golden age movement aims to create happy and conflict-free individuals. As Kalki says:
”Happy individuals create happy society where as unhappy people cause misery around”.
Golden age foundation conducts various programmes (Yagnas or the Mukti Courses) where people have experienced tremendous mystical states of bliss, thoughtless states, love, past life, experience of seeing and feeling the divine within and at the physical front, miraculous instance-physical healing, problem solving etc.
These programmes are a combination of teachings of Kalki, meditations, mystical experiences, prayers and ultimately the darshan of Kalki and Amma.
In the first basic programme one learns:
1. Ways to communicate with the Divine.
2. Effective prayers to receive grace in ones life.
3. Basic meditation for stress relief.
4. Principles of life to set right relationships.
