Feng Shui: Feng Shui - A Case Study

It is very important to understand the feng shui of your house as it influences the lives of the occupants in many ways. This was experienced by Anil who was earlier a non-believer of feng shui . Anil an eligible bachelor in his thirties was having difficulties in finding a life partner.

It was the wrong feng shui of his house, which was impeding his marriage prospects. Actually the relationship area in the house was falling in the kitchen and the marriage luck was on fire that cause delay in marriage. When Anil accepted the suggestion of a feng shui consultant and changed his entrance, he immediately got engaged.

However, things did not go smoothly for him and his wife in the initial months of their marriage. His wife conceived and had problems with her pregnancy. Here, again, the feng shui principles come into play; due to an open space in the northeast area, the energy of this sector nurtures early stages of pregnancy.

They were advised to place tall healthy plants in the northeast area of their house. Also, they were told to place a boulder in the toilet in southwest and a yellow curtain outside the toilet. All this helped to stabilise his wife's pregnancy and eventually she gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

The study of their Kua number revealed that Anil's Kua number was 2 and that makes southwest as important area for him, and his wife's Kua number was 8 and therefore north east is the sector of importance for her. This information further emphasised the importance of southwest and northeast parts of their house.

Another interesting observation made from this study was that whether you follow the Form school of feng shui or the Compass school, the weak and strong areas in the house for the family remain the same. If you want to enhance your life with feng shui, first identify the weak area and the negative Chi in your house and then use the appropriate cures.
