Channeling: The Art Of ChannelingBy Sayahda
The Art Of Channeling In our present society, the art of channeling represents the ability to access information pertinent to spiritual growth. Many people today are channels. Although I do not agree or disagree with the concept known as channeling, I do wish to emphasize the importance of understanding this art. Human beings have always had a heartfelt desire to be loved and to return to the oneness of spirit. This desire has led us to believe that loving and encouraging words coming through us are from highly evolved beings that care about our evolutionary process. I cannot say this is true or false, as the individual must decide this. However, mankind's need for love is so strong that we sometimes confuse true channeling with our own intuitive voices. The intuitive voice knows exactly what we need to hear or do for personal growth and for the understanding of spiritual wisdom. It continually reminds the consciousness to accept the energy of love. When this is accomplished, we are open to channeling. It has been my experience that in order to channel a highly evolved being, our vibratory frequency must be equal to this higher entity's. Emotional attachments to impure thoughts, words or deeds cannot exist in our lives for these attachments vibrate at a lower frequency. This can block the flow of spirit because emotion is polarity-based and spirit is not. Spirit is joy. To raise our vibratory frequency to match that of spirit's, we must continually cleanse our energy fields. This should be done on a daily basis. One of the most efficient and simplest ways to do this is to pour one-half cup of apple cider vinegar, one half cup of baking soda and one half cup of table salt into a bathtub full of warm water. Soak in this solution for fifteen to twenty minutes and then rinse off in the shower. This acidic formula will cleanse all impurities from our electromagnetic fields. Cleansing the energy field also means cleansing the space our energy is occupying. If you sit to channel and you have not cleansed the energy of the chair you are sitting in, your vibrational frequency cannot rise to match the frequency of spirit. Therefore, pure channeling will be difficult to attain. It is also important to realize that channeling can take its toll on the physical body. This is because the energetic frequency moving through you is stronger than what the body is accustomed to. If excess voltage is not released through some form of physical exercise, energy pockets will develop and physical ailments can occur. Special care should be given to the pancreas area and the glandular system for these are the two most common problem areas for most channelers. Always remember that when you receive messages telling you to love yourself and others, this could be nothing more then the inner voice prompting you to return to the essence of who you truly are. I have found that when a message of love comes in loud and strong, it is usually my higher self demanding attention. Channeling in the true sense of the word relays information that the inner/higher self does not have access to. It represents unknown territory and new beginnings that are in the process of creation but haven't been created yet. It does not give way to information that is imaginative or speculative. Its voice is a soft steady whisper conveying information that the consciousness has not yet awakened to. Channeling is indeed an art, and in order for clear, concise information to come forward, it is wise to clear the mind of preconceived concepts and let go of expectations. When this is accomplished, we become vehicles for the expression of higher wisdom.
