| | | | 3rd Eye Kundalini: Kundalini AwakensKundalini Awakening When Rob told me my Kundalini had been awakened, I had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. The awakening of Kundalini is a spiritual awakening, a major step towards realization of the divine. It is, in fact, a great boon, a great blessing and a magical gift. According to Swami Prajananda, "The main purpose of its awakening in a seeker is to enable him to attain Godhood" (Muktananda, Kundalini 9). Read more here: » Kundalini

 | | | 3rd Eye Kundalini: Distant HealingIn my work with in-person and distant healing, I've noticed a huge distinction between ordinary chi, ki, or prana, and that which is governed by the soul and kundalini energies. The universe isn't simply composed of a roiling ocean of prana-there are differing frequencies. From the relative prana to that prana which exists nearest the absolute, the energy is more refined on evolved levels of existence. Read more here: » Healing: Distant Healing |

 | | | 3rd Eye Kundalini: Balancing and Charging the ChakrasBalancing and Charging the Chakras The energy of your body will not be balanced and free flowing if you do not have good emotional balance, good physical health, and good relationships with your surroundings and yourself. Almost no one is ever perfectly balanced. If you could do this, you would be able to rise from the dead, have a body transformed into a cosmic molecular structure and commune with the gods as an equal. | | | 3rd Eye Kundalini: Ways To Overcome Stress - Meditation Since the time when man experienced the first flicker of self-awakening, his attention has remained focused on problems of worldly existence. No sooner is one problem solved, a new one springs up, thereby creating stress and tension in the mind. In the last few years, people have turned to meditation as a way to overcome emotional and mental strain. Meditation helps us withdraw our attention from the outer world and focus it at a point between and behind our eyebrows, thereby stimulating what is called the 'third eye'. By focusing our attention on it, we can reach higher levels of consciousness. (See also: Peace on Earth, Peace of Mind, Love and Happiness, Life and Beyond, Body Mind and Soul)

 | | | 3rd Eye Kundalini:
Hindu -
Hinduism Dictionary on Chakra chakra: (Sanskrit) "Wheel." Any of the nerve plexes or centers of force and consciousness located within the inner bodies of man. In the physical body there are corresponding nerve plexuses, ganglia and glands. The seven principal chakras can be seen psychically as colorful, multi-petaled wheels or lotuses. They are situated along the spinal cord from the base to the cranial chamber. Additionally, seven chakras, barely visible, exist below the spine. They are seats of instinctive consciousness, the origin of jealousy, hatred, envy, guilt, sorrow, etc. They constitute the lower or hellish world, called Naraka or patala. Thus, there are 14 major chakras in all. The seven upper chakras, from lowest to highest, are: 1) muladhara chakra (base of spine): memory, time and space; 2) svadhishthana chakra (below navel): reason; 3) manipura chakra (solar plexus): willpower; 4) anahata chakra (heart center): direct cognition; 5) vishuddha chakra (throat): divine love; 6) ajna chakra (third eye): divine sight; 7) sahasrara chakra (crown of head): illumination, Godliness. The seven lower chakras, from highest to lowest, are 1) atala chakra (hips): fear and lust; 2) vitala chakra (thighs): raging anger; 3) sutala chakra (knees): retaliatory jealousy; 4) talatala chakra (calves): prolonged mental confusion; 5) rasatala chakra (ankles): selfishness; 6) mahatala chakra (feet): absence of conscience; 7) patala chakra (located in the soles of the feet): murder and malice. | | | 3rd Eye Kundalini: Crystal HealingThis article presents a couple of ways crystals can be used to augment energy healing, also known as therapeutic touch or healing touch. In all energy healing work, the healing can be instantaneous if the healer is connected to truth and the recipient is receptive. It's important to remember that the healer is simply a channel for pure positive energy. The patient is the one who is responsible for accepting the healing. As a healer, it's wise to remember that when we spiritually ask for aid in helping another in any way, we immediately summon great help from Spirit. Read more here: » Crystal

 | | | 3rd Eye Kundalini: Indigo and Crystal ChildrenThe terms, "Indigo" and "Crystal" were given to two generations of children, because they most accurately describe their aura colors and energy patterns. Indigo Children have a lot of indigo blue in their auras. This is the color of the "third eye chakra," which is an energy center inside the head located between the two eyebrows. This chakra regulates clairvoyance, or the ability to see energy, visions, and spirits. Many of the Indigo Children are clairvoyant The Crystal Children have opalescent auras, with beautiful multi-colors in pastel hues. This generation also shows a fascination for crystals and rocks, as you'll read in this book. Read more here: » Crystal
