ANTHROPOSOPHY
ANTHROPOSOPHY A movement of illumination, split from Theosophy. Lit. "Knowledge of Man" as opposed to "Knowledge of Divinity". Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925) is its originator, though the word itself was used in the 17th Century, by the Rosicrucian, Thomas Vaughan. Steiner emphasizes the fact that man urgently needs to come into harmony with the world, himself and the universe, through a spiritual science specifically tailored to his nature. Anthroposophy is an attempt to create such a science.

Health Dictionary on Anthroposophical medicine
anthroposophical medicine (anthroposophically-extended medicine, anthroposophical therapeutics): Medical phase of anthroposophy, the occult philosophy of Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925). Anthroposophical medicine, a extension of practical medicine, encompasses curative eurythmy. According to anthroposophy, the human organism consists of a physical body, a vegetal etheric body, an animalistic astral or soul body, and an ego or spirit. Anthroposophical remedies smooth the interaction of these components.

New Age
Spirituality Dictionary on Rudolf Steiner
Rudolf Steiner (1861 - 1925 ) Austrian philosopher, scientist, artist and educator who was the originator of the social philosophy called Anthroposophy. Steiner founded the Anthroposophical Society in 1924, and it now has branches throughout the world, and is especially popular in Britain. He traveled extensively in Europe lecturing on spiritual science, the arts, social sciences, religion, education, agriculture and health. His published works amount to over 350 titles, including collections of lectures, books, articles, reviews and dramas. His occult philosophy is outlined in key titles such as Knowledge of the Higher Worlds and Its Attainment (1904-05), and An Outline of Occult Science (1909). His teachings inspired the development of the Waldorf School movement and of schools for handicapped or maladjusted children; his agricultural methods for preparing soil inspired chemical-free organic farming and gardening; he created eurythmy, a form of expressive movement to music and speech; and his guidelines on holistic medicine and pharmacology are still widely respected.

Lévi, Éliphas
Lévi, Éliphas. The real name of this learned Kabalist was Abbé Alphonse Louis Constant. Eliphas Lévi Zahed was the author of several works on philosophical magic. Member of the Fratres Lucis (Brothers of Light), he was also once upon a time a priest, an abbé of the Roman Catholic Church, which promptly proceeded to unfrock him, when he acquired fame as a Kabalist. He died some twenty years ago, leaving five famous works - Dogme et Rituel de la Haute Magie (1856); Histoire de la Magie (1860); La Clef des grands Mystères (1861); Legendes et Symboles (1862); and La Science des Esprits (1865) ; besides some other works of minor importance. His style is extremely light and fascinating; but with a rather too strong characteristic of mockery and paradox in it to be the ideal of a serious Kabalist.

Yoga: The scientific process of soul culture and the royal path to
self-realization
The fundamental thesis of Kriya Yoga is
that we are a miniature version of the whole cosmos, a microcosm - an evolving
universe within the macrocosmic world. The all-pervading supreme creator is
hiding within us and activating every action through the breath - hence the
name kriya; any work "kri," is being done by the power of the
indwelling soul "ya." The various cosmic forces controlling ether,
air, fire, water, and earth also control the kinds of work, namely, religious
activities, relationship, food, progeny, and earning money performed by the
human body. Yoga is the means of conjoining this correspondence between
microcosm and macrocosm - realizing the truth behind the union of individual
self and the Supreme Self.
